Let’s face it: health insurance doesn’t exactly scream user-friendly. Words like “confusing,” “frustrating,” and “complicated” are more like it. Surest is rewriting that narrative with simplicity, transparency, and, dare we say, a little fun.
We hit the streets of Minneapolis and asked passersby what they really thought about health insurance — the stereotypes, the headaches, and the wish-list features they hope for.
